I took 3 years of Latin in High School (forever ago! = beginning in fall 1994) and learned all about Veni, Vidi, Vici. In fact, we had some special projects one year and I hand stitched the words on a pillow I sewed. Veni, Vidi, Vici is what I said after completing my first half marathon in 2010. I lost 135 pounds before running my first half. The weight loss kept going as I kept running. Veni, vidi, vici!!! Fabulous necklace!
